焦炉加热制度与NO_x排放相关性探讨

摘要 简要介绍7m大容积焦炉加热制度特征,针对焦炉废气盘风门开度、交换时间以及标准温度等工艺参数对焦炉烟气NO_x排放浓度进行分析研究,寻求建立降低焦炉烟气NO_x排放浓度的新型焦炉加热工艺制度,从而实现控制焦炉烟气NO_x污染源,为后续实现脱硝超低排放指标减轻压力。 His paper briefly introduces the characteristics of heating system of coke oven with large volume of 7 meters.According to the technological parameters such as the opening of exhaust gas disc air valve,exchange time and standard temperature of coke oven,the emission concentration of NO_x in coke oven flue gas is analyzed and studied.A new heating system for coke oven is established to reduce the emission concentration of NO_x in coke oven flue gas,so as to control the source of NO_x pollution in coke oven flue gas and realize ultra-low emission of denitrification in the future Indicators reduce stress.
