品管圈活动在提高0～3岁门诊患儿口服用药依从性的应用

The application of quality control circle activities in improving oral medication compliance of children aged 0～3 years

目的探讨品管圈活动在提高0~3岁门诊患儿口服用药依从性中的应用效果。方法2018年8月~2019年4月实行品管圈活动,以“提高0~3岁门诊患儿口服用药依从性”为活动主题,以药剂科为单位自发组圈,具体内容包括确定圈徽,确定圈名,确定主题,拟定活动计划,理清现状和设定目标,解析问题,拟定与实施对策等。比较实行品管圈活动前后的0~3岁门诊患儿口服用药依从率。结果通过品管圈活动的实施,使0~3岁门诊患儿口服用药依从性明显提高,用药依从率由43%升到71.39%。结论通过品管圈活动的开展,0~3岁门诊患儿口服用药依从性显著提高,患儿及家属满意度提高,使医院药学更有效地服务于患儿。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activities in improving oral medication compliance of out-patient children aged 0~3 years.Methods The quality control circle activities were implemented between August 2018 and April 2019,the theme was"improve oral medication compliance in outpatient children aged 0 to 3 years",the quality control circle was spontaneously set up in pharmacy department,the concrete content includes determining the badge,the name,and the theme of the circle,working out the activity plan,sorting out the present situation,and setting up the goal,analyzing the problems,formulating and implementing strategies and so on.The oral medication compliance rate of children aged 0~3 years before and after the implementation of quality control circle activities was compared.Results The oral medication compliance of children aged 0~3 years was significantly improved,and the medication compliance rate increased from 43%to 71.39%.Conclusion With the development of the quality control circle,the oral medication compliance of children aged 0~3 years in the outpatient department has been significantly improved,the satisfaction degree of families of the sick children was rised.The hospital pharmacy can serve the children more effectively and benefit the people.
