卡维地洛和美托洛尔治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的疗效及血清脑钠肽水平影响分析

Effects of carvedilol and metoprolol on chronic heart failure in elderly patients and serum natriuretic peptide levels

目的分析卡维地洛和美托洛尔治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的疗效及对血清脑钠肽水平的影响。方法随机选取2017年9月~2019年3月收治的老年慢性心力衰竭患者100例,平均分为两组,每组50例。两组均实施常规治疗措施,同时对照组增加美托洛尔治疗,观察组增加卡维地洛治疗,两组对比临床疗效、心功能指标、血清脑钠肽水平。结果观察组有效率(100.00%)高于对照组(86.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组心功能指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者心功能各项指标的改善情况更加理想,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组BNP水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡维地洛治疗老年慢性心力衰竭效果更加理想,有效改善心功能各项指标,降低血清脑钠肽水平。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of carvedilol and metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure and the effect of serum brain natriuretic peptide level.Methods From September 2017 to March 2019,100 patients were divided into two groups(control group,observation group),each group n=50.Both groups were treated with routine treatment,while the control group increased metoprolol,the observation group increased carvedilol,cardiac function index and serum brain natriuretic peptide level.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment,There was no difference in BNP between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of cardiac function indexes in the observation group was significantlymore satisfactory(P<0.05),the BNP index in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carvedilol can improve cardiac function more effectively and reduce the effect of carvedilol and metoprolol.The effect of serum brain natriuretic peptide level is of high value in clinical promotion.
