温化夙痰汤治疗变异性咳嗽的临床效果

Clinical effect of Wenhua decoction in treating variant cough

目的探讨温化夙痰汤治疗变异性咳嗽的临床效果。方法选择2014年8月~2018年9月就诊的变异性咳嗽患者78例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各39例。对照组给予布地奈德治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予温化夙痰汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组与对照组治疗后的总有效率分别为97.4%和84.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的血清IFN-γ、TGF-β1水平都显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组也显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温化夙痰汤治疗变异性咳嗽能促进血清IFN-γ、TGF-β1的分泌,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Wenhuayu Decoction in the treatment of variant cough.Methods From August 2014 to September 2018,78 patients with variant cough were enrolled and were equally divided into the observation group and control group accorded to the random number table method.The control group were given budesonide treatment,the observation group were treated with Wenhua Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months and the prognosis were recorded.Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 97.4%and 84.6%,respectively,the observation group were superior to the control group,,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of IFN-γand TGF-β1 in the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment,,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group were also significantly higher than the control group,,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenhuayu Decoction can promote the secretion of serum IFN-γand TGF-β1 by treating variant cough,thus improving the therapeutic effect.
