摘要
随着信息技术及互联网技术的不断发展渗透,数字化已成为各个产业增长的重要动力。对于餐饮企业,数字化转型不仅仅是狭义上的数字化营销,针对顾客端的数字化,同时也包括餐饮企业内部管理的数字化。由于餐饮行业的复杂性和传统性,餐饮企业的转型也将面临更多的挑战。需要在现有市场环境的基础上,结合企业发展现状,有策略地进行企业的数字化转型。
With the continuous development and penetration of information technology and internet technology,digitalization has become an important driving force for the growth of various industries.For catering enterprises,digital transformation is not only a narrow sense of digital marketing,targeted at the customer end of the digital,but also includes the internal management of catering enterprises.Due to the complexity and tradition of the catering industry,the transformation of catering enterprises will also face more challenges.On the basis of the existing market environment and the current development situation of the enterprise,the digital transformation of the enterprise should be carried out strategically.
