摘要
产品服务供应链绩效评价是制造型企业服务化有效实施的前提与保证。文章运用扎根理论,通过文献综述与典型案例分析,识别并确定所有可能指标的集合,通过指标重要性分析及信度效度检验,构建制造型企业产品服务供应链绩效评价指标体系。研究表明,产品服务供应链绩效由财务绩效、客户绩效、产品绩效、服务绩效、协同绩效5个维度以及16个二级指标构成。研究结论可为制造企业的绩效评价提供理论依据。
The performance evaluation of product service supply chain is the premise and guarantee of effective implementation of manufacturing enterprise servitization.This paper applies grounded theory,obtains literature review and typical case analysis to identify and determine a set of all possible indicators.Indicators,analyzed significance,verified reliability and validity,construct the evaluation index system of performance of product service supply chain.According to research,the performance evaluation of product service supply chain form of 5 dimensions(financial performance,client performance,product performance,services performance and collaborative performance)and 16 secondary indicators.The conclusion of this research is able to provide theory support for performance evaluation of manufacturing enterprise.
