文章通过文献研究、实证分析等方法,对传统零售企业的电商供应链服务的优劣势、服务目标进行研究,并通过这些研究对其服务创新的必要性进行说明,提出其服务创新的具体方式,希望可以为传统零售企业电商供应链服务的创新发展提供一定参考。

This paper through literature research method,empirical analysis and so on,do some research on the advantages and disadvantages,the service goal of electricity supply chain service of the traditional retail enterprises.Through the studies on the necessity of service innovation,this paper puts forward the specific ways of service innovation and hope to make some help for the traditional electric business's service development of electricity supply chain.
