To explore the training mode and means of application-oriented logistics talents will play a favorable role in the cultivation of talents in line with the actual needs of enterprises.We will create three systems:innovation and training system,discipline competition system and practical teaching system.Through three core means of integration of learning and practice,combination of competition and teaching,and integration of production and teaching,we focus on cultivating students'innovation ability,application ability and practice ability,and constantly explore and practice to gradually form the application-oriented logistics talent training mode based on the three core means.The quality of talent training has achieved good results.
