摘要
根据支吊架不同偏装方式的特点建立了恒力吊架偏装模型,通过模型研究了两种偏装方式对恒力吊架受力状态的影响,并结合案例研究了偏装方式对管道受力状态的影响。研究结果表明,偏装方式对恒力吊架受力状态无影响,但对管道受力状态有较大影响,当采用组合偏装时,管道一次应力发生变化,但变化幅度不大,二次应力几乎无变化,但选择该方法会改变吊点设计位置,导致吊点分配载荷偏离设计值。
The offset model of constant hanger is built according to the characteristics of different offset modes of supports and hangers. The influence of two offset modes on the stress state of the constant hanger is studied through the model and the influence of offset modes on the stress state of the pipeline is studied combined with cases. Study results show that offset modes have no influence on the stress state of the constant hanger but has great influence on the stress state of the pipeline. When the combined offset mode is used, the primary stress of the pipeline will be changed but the change range is not much and the secondary stress has almost no change, but the method will change the design position of the lifting point and cause the deviation of load assigned to the lifting point from its design value.
