摘要
土壤消解方法是影响土壤中重金属含量测定的重要因素之一。采用电热板-HCl/HNO 3/HF/HClO 3全酸量消解法,测定国家标准样品和全国土壤详查实际土样中铅、镉的含量,以验证该方法对土壤中铅、镉测定方法性能的影响。实验表明,铅的检出限为0.004 mg/kg,镉的检出限为0.002 mg/kg,均小于《土壤质量铅镉的测定石墨炉原子分光光度法》GB/T17141-1997中规定的检出限;标准样品和实际土样的精密度和准确度均符合HJ/T 166-2004《土壤环境监测技术规范》和《农用地土壤污染状况详查质量保证与质量控制技术规定》的要求。
Soil digestion method is one of the important factors that affect the content of heavy metals in soil.The content of lead and cadmium in the national standard samples and the actual soil samples of the whole country were determined by the method of electric heating plate-HCl/HNO 3/HF/HClO 3 total acid digestion,in order to verify the effect of the method on the determination of lead and cadmium in the soil.The results show that the detection limit of lead is 0.004 mg/kg,and the detection limit of cadmium is 0.002 mg/kg,which is less than the detection limit specified in the determination of lead and cadmium in soil quality graphite furnace atomic spectrophotometry(GB/T 17141-1997).The precision and accuracy of standard samples and actual soil samples are in accordance with HJ/T 166-2004 technical code for soil environmental monitoring and quality assurance for detailed investigation of soil pollution in agricultural land And quality control technical regulations.
