摘要
建立了同时检测人工养殖水产品中环丙沙星、恩诺沙星、沙拉沙星、达氟沙星4种氟喹诺酮类药物的HPLC-FLC检测方法。水产品用流动相溶液提取,HLB固相萃取柱净化萃取,采用乙腈-甲酸水溶液作为流动相,梯度洗脱,荧光检测器检测。该法测得4种FQs在对虾肉、大闸蟹肉、黑鱼肉中的回收率分别为79.5%~99.6%、76.8%~101.4%、77.9%~103.2%。该方法用来测定水产品中氟喹诺酮类药物残留灵敏、快速、准确,适用于人工养殖水产中氟喹诺酮类抗生素的检测。
This study established a HPLC-FLC method for the simultaneous determination of four fluoroquinolones in cultured aquatic products,namely,Ciprofloxacin,Enrofloxacin,Sarafloxacin and Danofloxacin.The aquatic products were extracted by mobile phase solution and HLB purified extraction,acetonitrile-formic acid aqueous solution was performed by gradient elution and fluorescence.The recoveries of FQs in aquatic products were determined by this method to be 76.8%~103.2%.The method is sensitive,rapid and accurate for the determination of fluoroquinolones residues in aquatic products.The method is suitable for the detection of fluoroquinolones antibiotics in aquaculture.
