高温固相法制备磷酸铁锂的原料专利技术分析

Patent technology analysis of raw material for preparation of lithium iron phosphate by high temperature solid state method

锂离子电池是目前应用最广的充电电池,磷酸铁锂是锂离子电池中占比最大的正极材料,高温固相法是制备磷酸铁锂最主要的方式,而原料对磷酸铁锂的性能具有很大的影响。通过对高温固相法制备磷酸铁锂的专利技术进行分析,具体分析了制备过程中所采用的原料种类和粒径,以期为后续研究者提供一些技术参考。

Lithium ion batteries are the most widely used rechargeable batteries at present.Lithium iron phosphate is the largest cathode material used in lithium ion batteries.High temperature solid-state method is the main way to prepare lithium iron phosphate,and the raw materials have a great impact on the performance of lithium iron phosphate.Patent is the most valuable technology believed by the industry researchers.In this paper,patents of lithium iron phosphate prepared by high-temperature solid-state method are analyzed,and the kinds and size of raw materials used in the preparation process are analyzed in detail,in order to provide some technical help for the follow-up researchers.
