四侯煤业3105回采工作面技术措施分析

Analysis on technical measures of 3105 working face in Sihou mine

以四侯煤业3105回采工作面作为研究对象,针对细砂岩顶板和4处地质异常区等特征,提出了回采工作面爆破预裂顶板的强制放顶技术措施,锚网索支护和采煤机过顶板破碎带的技术措施,及工作面回采上端头机尾最后一架支架距非回采侧煤帮大于2 m时增加支架和溜槽的技术措施。该研究可以为四侯煤业综采工作面过构造地质段技术措施的制定提供技术依据。

The studied object was the 3105 working face in Sihou mine.According to the characteristics of fine sandstone roof and four geological anomalies,the technical measures were putted forward,which including in forced roof caving for blasting pre-splitting roof in 3105 working face,bolt-mesh-cable support and shearer crossing roof fractured zone,increasing the hydraulic support when the distance between the last support of the upper end and the non-mining sidewall is more than 2 m.The result can provide certain technical basis for the formulation of technical measures in Sihou mine.
