低透气性煤层水力割缝增透技术试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 常村煤矿为高瓦斯矿井,主采3#煤层透气性差,必须采取有效的增透措施来提高抽采效果。通过确定钻孔参数和布置方式,将水力割缝增透技术在常村煤矿进行了应用试验。研究表明:水力切割钻孔的百米瓦斯自排量是非切割钻孔的6.03倍,且瓦斯抽采量显著提升,最大提高到13.15倍,水力割缝技术明显增加了煤层透气性,提高了瓦斯抽采效率。 Changcun mine is a high gas mine,the No.3 coal seam is poor in gas permeability,and effective anti-reflection measures must be taken to improve the gas drainage effect.In this paper,the hydraulic slitting anti-reflection technology was applied in Changcun mine by determining the drilling parameters and arrangement.The study showed that hundreds of meters of gas discharge volume is 6.03 times over non-cutting hole,and the gas drainage volume is significantly improved up to 13.15 times.The hydraulic slitting technology obviously increased the permeability of the coal seam and improved the gas drainage efficiency.
