摘要
医疗废物微波消毒设备因具有诸多优点,已逐步被广泛使用。以某医疗废物微波消毒处置系统为例,对医疗废物微波消毒过程废气处理措施进行了探究,围绕“初效过滤器+高效过滤器+活性炭吸附”一次废气处理工艺和“旋流塔+UV光催化氧化+尾气过滤器+活性炭吸附”二次废气处理工艺,探讨了医疗废物微波消毒过程废气处理措施的可行性,为医疗废物微波消毒处置环境保护工作提供参考。
Microwave disinfection equipment for medical waste has been widely used because of its many advantages.Taking a medical waste microwave disinfection disposal system as an example,this paper explores the waste gas treatment measures in the process of medical waste microwave disinfection.Focusing on the primary waste gas treatment process of"primary filter+high efficiency filter+activated carbon adsorption"and the secondary waste gas treatment process of"swirl tower+UV photocatalytic oxidation+tail gas filter+activated carbon adsorption",this paper discusses the feasibility of waste gas treatment measures in the process of medical waste microwave disinfection,and provides reference value for the environmental protection of medical waste microwave disinfection.
