基于专利信息的中国新能源汽车驱动电机技术发展态势分析 被引量:4

摘要 采用万象云专利信息搜索及情报服务平台对我国新能源汽车驱动电机相关专利数据进行检索,运用专利计量方法深度挖掘专利信息,从专利发展趋势、专利保护类型、国内外专利市场布局、研发重点及热点和技术引领者5个维度对1997-2016年我国新能源汽车驱动电机技术专利数据进行分析,得出"我国新能源汽车产业发展态势较好,已经形成了长三角、珠三角、京津冀、东三省以及鄂豫皖5个技术性产业集群""新能源汽车产业发展与国家政策大力支持密切相关,我国新能源汽车发展政策对新能源汽车产业发展起到了积极促进作用""我国新能源汽车产业大而不强的状态与关键技术研发能力不足相关"3个结论,进而提出新的产业规划应当加大对关键技术研发支持,鼓励发明和技术原始创新、激励车企参与国际技术竞争等建议。 The paper retrieves patent information related to driving motor of new energy vehicles in China from Wanxiangyun patent information search and information service platform,and analyzes the driving motor technology patent information of new energy vehicles in China from 1997 to 2016 from five dimensions(the patent development trend,patent protection types,patent market layout at home and abroad,R&D focus and hotspots and technology leaders)and by using patent bibliometrics to explore patent information.The paper comes to three conclusions:New energy vehicle industry is developing in a good momentum in China,with five technical industry clusters in Yangtze River Delta region,Pearl River Delta region,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,three provinces in North East China and Hubei-Henan-Anhui region respectively;The development of new energy vehicle industry is closely related to the great support of national policies,and the policies on development of new energy vehicles in China have significantly promoted the development of new energy vehicles;The status where the new energy vehicle industry is big but not strong is related to the insufficient capacity in R&D of key technologies.The paper puts forward suggestions for new industrial planning,namely support on key technology research and development should be strengthened,inventions and original technical innovations should be encouraged,and vehicle enterprises should be motivated to take part in international technology competition.
