某油田双介质滤器优化改进与效果分析

摘要 双介质滤器的作用是将生产水处理合格后回注地层。随着油田进入开采中期,原油含水率逐年上升,双介质滤器去除悬浮物的能力开始出现下降,已不能满足日益复杂的含油污水处理要求。通过使用柴油浸泡双介质滤器滤料、优化改造双介质滤器流程、优化反洗程序等措施,提高了滤料"自净"能力的恢复,不但可以确保双介质滤器出口的悬浮物指标100%合格,同时为海上油田改善注水水质提供了经验,也为海上油田"注足水、注好水"提供了新的思路。 The dual media filter is used for water reinjection after the production water is treated and qualified. As the oilfield enters the middle period of production, the water content of crude oil rises year by year, but the capacity of dual media filter for removing suspended solids is decreasing, which cannot meet the increasingly complicated requirements of oily sewage treatment. By immersing the filter material into diesel oil, optimizing the process of the dual media filter, and the backwashing procedure, the recovery of the filter material ’self-cleaning’ capacity is improved to ensure that the suspended solids index at the outlet of the dual media filter is 100% qualified. At the same time, this thought provides valuable experience for improving the water injection quality of offshore oilfield, and also provides a new thought for the offshore oil field to ’inject enough water and qualified water’.
