摘要
制造状态的实时分析和自主决策是实现智能生产的关键核心之一。本文探讨了数控加工过程中实作模型建模、加工状态分析的基本途径,阐述了实作模型、在线加工分析的基本逻辑,提出了实作模型建模方法及其总体设计结构、应用模式,为数控加工实时分析与自主决策的实现提供了支撑。
The real-time analysis and autonomous decision are part of the key cores in smart manufacturing.This paper studies the basic approach to the as-build modeling and processing status analysis during the NC machining,illustrates the basic logic of as-build model and on-line machining analysis.Also,an as-build modeling method and its general design structure and application mode are proposed.The work supports the real-time NC machining analysis and autonomous decision.
