孔老论人际沟通中的“怨”

摘要 怨是日常生活中极为普遍的一种情感现象,它事关世人的喜怒哀乐,对人们的生活质量产生重大影响,因此先秦时期的孔子老子两位思想家都对此有过精辟的论述。基于《论语》与《道德经》的文本探讨孔子与老子在剖析"怨"产生的原因,看待"怨"的态度以及化解"怨"的方法三方面的独到见解,有助于把握孔老的人际沟通智慧。 Complaint is a very common emotional phenomenon in daily life. Related to people’s happiness and sorrow,it has a significant impact on people’s life quality,so in the Pre-Qin Period both Confucius and Lao Tzu had relevant wonderful statements. Based on The Analects of Confucius and Tao Te Ching,this paper discusses the views of Confucius and Lao Tzu in analyzing the causes,the attitude and the solution of "complaint",which is helpful to grasp the wisdom of interpersonal communication.
