成人教育助力美丽乡村建设研究

Research on the Adult Education Contributing the Construction of Beautiful Countryside

建设美丽乡村是实现乡村振兴的重要手段。美丽乡村建设要围绕"四美"要求科学规划布局美、生态宜居环境美、创业增收生活美、乡风文明身心美,将乡村建设成宜居宜业宜游的农民幸福家园。而当前美丽乡村建设尽管已经取得了一些成效,但仍存在着一些现实困境:农民生态意识薄弱、农民收入偏低、乡村文化衰弱、乡村人才缺失。成人教育通过开展生态环境教育、现代农业教育、乡村文化教育,培育乡村带头人,以增强村民环境意识、促进农民增收、推动乡风文明、落实乡村建设政策,从而助力美丽乡村建设。

The construction of beautiful countryside is an important means to achieve rural revitalization.The construction of beautiful villages should focus on the "four beauty"requirements that means scientific planning and layout, ecological and livable environment, entrepreneurship and increasing income, as well as the beautiful rural civilization so as to build the countryside into a happy home for farmers whichis "livable, working and traveling".Although some achievements have been made in the construction of beautiful countryside, there are still some practical difficulties: weak ecological consciousness of farmers, low income of farmers, weak rural culture and lack of rural talents. By carrying out ecological environment education, modern agriculture education, rural culture education, and cultivating village leaders so as to enhance villagers’ environmental awareness, promote farmers’ income, promote rural civilization, and implement rural construction policies, thereby, the adult education contributes to the construction of beautiful countryside.
