摘要
莱钢炼钢厂通过研究应用液态低熔点夹杂物控制技术、矩形坯连铸机无氧化浇注技术、稳态无氧化自动开浇流程技术、浇注系统洁净度集成控制技术、弥散型气泡幕墙技术,使钢水洁净度得到大幅提高,钢种氧含量明显降低,铸坯表面质量得到改善,有效解决了夹杂物含量高和铸坯表面缺陷造成的轧材缺陷问题。
Through the study and application of low melting point liquid inclusion control technology,the nonoxidation pouring technology for rectangular billet continuous caster,the steady state non-oxidation automatic steelpouring casting process technology,cleanliness integrated control technology for pouring system,diffuse bubble curtain wall technology,the steel mill of Laiwu steel sharply increased the cleanliness of liquid steel,significantly lowered the oxygen content of steel grade,improved the surface quality of casting blanks and effectively solved the problem of high inclusion content and casting blank surface defects caused by the rolling products defects.
