摘要
含铜HSLA钢的使用环境比较恶劣,对其强度和低温冲击韧性的要求较高,需要通过热处理来达到高强度和较高的低温冲击韧性要求。含铜HSLA钢中的主要强化元素是铜,铜主要通过两种强化方式来强化钢的力学性能:一种是细晶强化,另一种是沉淀强化。其中,沉淀强化是铜强化的主要方式。
The operational environment of copper bearing HSLA steel is very bad,which has high requirements on its strength and low temperature impact toughness.Therefore,it is necessary to achieve high strength and high low temperature impact toughness through heat treatment.The main strengthening element in copper bearing HSLA steel is copper.Copper is used to strengthen the mechanical properties of steel mainly through two strengthening methods:one is fine grain strengthening,the other is precipitation strengthening.Among them,precipitation strengthening is the main way of copper strengthening.
