特殊钢棒材粗轧堆焊轧辊质量的改进实践

PRACTICE ON IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF SURFACING WELDED ROLL USED IN THE ROUGHING MILL OF SPECIAL STEEL BAR PRODUCTION LINE

介绍了某特殊钢棒材生产线粗轧机组堆焊轧辊质量存在的问题,及其对生产效率、成本及轧材表面质量的影响,通过对原粗轧堆焊轧辊的质量分析,提出采用新型组合焊丝堆焊轧辊的改进措施,经过组合焊丝堆焊后的轧辊使用寿命得到有效提升,从而改善了该生产线的生产效率及产品表面质量,并在该企业其他特殊钢棒线生产线的粗轧轧机上进行了推广应用。

A superior special steel bar production line was introduced roughing roll surfacing problems of quality,production efficiency,cost,and surface quality of rolled products,through the analysis about the quality of the original roll surfacing roughing,put forward a new combination welding wire welding improvement measures,and expounds the combination wire roll service life improvement effect after welding,as well as to the efficiency and quality of the production line in ascension,and optimal roughing special steel bar production line in the enterprise application.
