摘要
方大特钢针对转炉底吹设备陈旧、技术落后、难以适应现阶段转炉炼钢技术发展要求的现状,对1号转炉底吹系统进行了升级改造。改造后,转炉熔池搅拌得到优化,渣钢间反应更加趋于平衡;脱磷率上升约1%,石灰消耗降低;出钢钢水碳含量升高,耗氧量降低5%~10%;渣中TFe含量降低0.1%~0.3%,终点碳氧积平均达到了0.00263,比改造前下降了0.00057。
In view of the current situation of the outdated converter bottom blowing equipment,the backward technology and the difficulty in adapting to the development requirements of converter steelmaking technology at the present stage,Fangda Special Steel had upgraded the No.1 converter bottom blowing system.After the transformation,the mixing of converter molten pool was optimized and the reaction between slag and steel was more balanced.Dephosphorization rate increased by about 1%and lime consumption decreased.The carbon content of molten steel increased,the oxygen consumption decreased by 5%~10%.The TFe content in the slag decreased by 0.1%~0.3%,and the average end-point carbon and oxygen equilibrium reached 0.00263,which was 0.00057 lower than that before the transformation.
