摘要
在退火吹扫过程中,全氢罩式退火炉氢气吹扫管路容易产生黑色黏稠胶状物堵塞管路,造成工艺吹扫中断及钢卷表面发黑、发暗等问题。针对此问题,分析了氢气吹扫管路堵塞的原因,并提出管路改造方案。通过对炉台吹扫管路结构的改进,实现了吹扫管路通畅和钢带表面清洁光亮。
In the process of annealing and purging,the hydrogen purging pipeline of the all hydrogen bell type annealing furnace is easy to produce black sticky substance to block the pipeline,which causes the interruption of process purging and the blackening and darkening of the steel coil surface.Aiming at this problem,the causes of the blockage of hydrogen purging pipeline are analyzed,and the pipeline modification scheme is proposed.By improving the structure of the purging pipeline of the annealing furnace coil base,the purging pipeline realizes smooth and the surface of the steel strip is clean and bright.
