油冷温度与流速对轮毂电机温度场研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对轮毂电机油冷散热方式热管理问题,通过多物理场耦合方法进行轮毂电机温度场液体温度与流速研究,建立电机模型并且分析电机损耗,进行流固耦合分析,仿真得到油内冷对电机温度与流速影响。结果表明油内冷冷却方式增大流速在一定程度上能够有效降低电机温度,但随着冷却液流速的逐渐增加,冷却液流速对电机的温度影响逐渐减小;冷却液温度对电机温度影响较大,随着冷却液温度的逐渐增加,电机温度随之增加。该文所研究油内冷流速与温度对轮毂电机温度影响,可为采用轮毂电机油冷冷却方式电动汽车提供参考。 In view of the heat management problem of the cooling mode of the hub motor oil,the temperature field liquid temperature and velocity of the hub motor were studied by means of multi-physical field coupling method.The motor model was established and the motor loss was analyzed.The fluid-solid coupling analysis was carried out.The results show that the increase of cooling flow rate in oil can effectively reduce the motor temperature to some extent.Coolant temperature has a great influence on the motor temperature.As the coolant temperature increases gradually,the motor temperature increases accordingly.In this paper,the influence of oil cooling velocity and temperature on the temperature of hub motor was studied,which could provide a reference for electric vehicles using hub motor oil cooling mode.
