摘要
以功率因数控制芯片L6562为核心,设计了一种宽电压输入范围,固定升压输出的500WBoost有源功率因数校正器(APFC)。分析并讨论了有源功率因数校正技术、电路中升压电感器设计等关键技术。仿真结果表明,设计的以L6562为核心的变换器,能在80~270V宽输入电压范围内得到400V的稳定直流电压输出,具有电路简单,效率高,网侧功率因数可以高达0.96,总谐波畸变率及成本低等优点。
with power factor control chip L6562 as the core,a 500WBoost active power factor corrector(APFC)with wide voltage input range and fixed boost output was designed.The key technologies of active power factor correction and booster inductor design in circuit were analyzed and discussed.The simulation results show that the designed converter with L6562 as the core can achieve a stable DC voltage output of 400V within a wide input voltage range of 80~270V,and has the advantages of simple circuit,high efficiency,power factor on the network side up to 0.96,total harmonic distortion rate and low cost.
