Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Shanghai’s Rural Public Cultural Services

上海要更加重视农村公共文化服务在乡村振兴中的战略性作用,以“人民群众需不需要、满不满意”为重要价值评判标准,以深入推进“供给侧”改革为抓手,强化内容创新、优化配送机制,做实镇级公共文化配送枢纽功能,打造一批“乡村文化大礼堂”,最终把文化服务送到“田间地头”、送进“农民心头”。

Shanghai should pay more attention to the strategic role of rural public cultural services in the revitalization of the countryside. it should take"whether the people need it or not and whether they are not satisfied"as the important value judgment standard,and further promote the"supply side"reform as the starting point,strengthen content innovation, optimize distribution mechanism,realize the function of town-level public cultural distribution hub, build a batch of"rural cultural auditorium", and finally deliver cultural services to "fields" and "farmers".
