公共图书馆参与乡村文化振兴：现实困境、内在契合和主要路径

Public Library Participates in the Revitalization of Rural Culture: Realistic Dilemma, Internal Correspondence and Main Paths

公共图书馆作为我国公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分,在宗旨、功能和基本理念等方面与乡村振兴战略存在高度的内在契合,能够有效应对"基础建设薄弱""贫困文化蔓延""文化矛盾频发"等乡村文化建设困境,从而助推我国乡村文化振兴进程。探索新时代背景下公共图书馆参与乡村文化振兴的可行路径,需要从多维度、多视角出发:其一,增加文献储备和情报收集,助推我国乡村振兴研究;其二,参与数字乡村振兴战略,缩小我国城乡"数字鸿沟";其三,发挥社区记忆功能,加大我国农村文化遗产保护力度;其四,及时关注文化教育短板,有效促进我国农村文化教育发展。

As an important part of China’s public cultural service system, the public library is highly compatible with the rural revitalization strategy in terms of its purpose, functions and basic concepts,which could effectively respond to the predicament of rural cultural construction such as "weak infrastructure construction", "spreading of poverty culture" and "frequent cultural conflicts", thus contributing to the development of rural cultural revitalization in China. We have to explore the feasible paths for public libraries in China to participate in the revitalization of rural culture from multiple dimensions and perspectives. First, increase literature reserves and intelligence collection to promote rural revitalization research;second, participate in the digital rural revitalization strategy and narrow the urban-rural "digital divide";third, give full play to the memory function of the community and strengthen the protection of rural cultural heritage in China;fourth, pay close attention to cultural and educational shortcomings and effectively promote the development of rural cultural education in China.
