摘要
为了改善汤逊湖的水质,对汤逊湖污水处理厂尾水进行了深度处理,设计采用高密度沉淀池-粉末活性炭膜生物反应器(CUF)-大孔树脂脱氮组合工艺,从参数设计、运行数据、经济指标等方面进行了分析及论证,确定了该组合工艺在污水处理厂提标改造中的可行性及稳定性。生产性示范工程的运行结果表明,该工艺能够使尾水水质由GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中的一级A标准提升至GB 3838—2002《地表水环境质量标准》中的Ⅲ类(湖库)水质标准。
In order to improve the water quality of Tangxun Lank,the tail water of Tangxun Lake wastewater treatment plant has been further treated,a combined process of high-density sedimentation tank-powdered activated carbon membrane bioreactor(CUF)-macroporous resin denitrification was adopted in the design.The design scheme was analyzed and demonstrated from aspects of parameters design,operation data,economic indicators and some other factors,finally,the feasibility and stability of the said combined process adopted in upgrading and reconstruction project of sewage treatment plant were determined.The operation results of the productive demonstration project showed that,the said combined process could raise the tail water quality from meeting grade 1 level A of GB 18918-2002 Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant to meeting classⅢ(lake and reservoir)of GB 3838-2002 Surface Water Environmental Quality Standards.
