摘要
针对蔗糖酯生产废水成分复杂,有机物浓度高,特征污染物金刚烷、醛类、酮类有机物可生化性差,生物抑制性强等特点,设计采用Fenton氧化-化学还原-水解酸化-MBBR组合工艺对其进行处理。介绍了废水处理工艺流程及设计参数,给出了工程运行情况。运行结果表明,该处理工艺设计合理可行,系统出水COD质量浓度为380~430 mg/L,稳定达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》三级标准。
In view of the characteristics of sucrose ester production wastewater such as complicated composition,high organic matters concentration,poor biodegradability and strong biological inhibition of adamantane,aldehyde and ketone,Fenton oxidation-chemical reduction-hydrolytic acidification-MBBR combined process was adopted for its treatment.The process flow and design parameters of the said kind of wastewater treatment,as well as the operation condition of the project were introduced.The results showed that,the said technological design was reasonable,the mass concentration of CODCr in the effluent water was 380-430 mg/L,which stably met the requirement of gradeⅢin GB 8978-1996 Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard.
