摘要
目的在大屏幕和全面屏手机迅速发展的背景下,探究单手操作手机时食指运动的最佳范围和适用的功能,得到手机背部触控模块的最佳属性。方法通过问卷调查及用户访谈,了解用户的使用习惯和偏好。进而设计实验任务,记录用户在不同区域完成不同任务所用时长、任务的出错率以及用户的舒适程度。结果实验结果表明背部触控模块最佳位置为手机上部三分之一区域,最佳尺寸范围为长30-40mm、宽15-20mm,最佳功能为左右翻页、上下滑动以及双击或长按启动应用。问卷调查结果与实验结果一致。结论得到用户单手操作手机时操作效率及舒适程度最优的手机背部区域及适用功能,为企业设计和改进背部触摸操控模块提供帮助及参考依据。
Objective With the rapid development of large-screen and full-screen mobile phones,this paper explores the best range and applicable functions of index finger movement when using a mobile phone with one hand,and obtains the best attributes of the back touch module of mobile phones.Methods Through questionnaires and user interviews,understand user habits and preferences.In turn,the experimental task is designed to record the length of time the user completes different tasks in different areas,the error rate of the task,and the comfort level of the user.Results The experimental results show that the best position of the back touch module is one third of the upper part of the mobile phone,and the optimum size range is 30-40 mm long and 15-20 mm wide.The best function is to turn the page left and right,slide up and down,and double click or long press to start the application.The results of the survey were consistent with the experimental results.Conclusion The best operating efficiency and comfort of mobile phone back area and applicable functions are obtained when users operate the mobile phone with one hand,which can provide help and reference for enterprises to design and improve the back touch control module.
