摘要
针对径向多极取向磁场对烧结永磁铁氧体极异方性多极磁环的制造具有重要的影响,给出了两种径向多极取向磁场的产生原理与制作方法。在结合实践与实验的基础上,阐述了两种取向磁场的主要问题与运用规律,对于电励磁取向磁场,主要分析了脉冲电流个数的选择、对倒磁场的运用、线圈与极头宽度;对于永磁体取向磁场,主要分析了磁场磁中心偏移、磁体结构尺寸对取向磁场的影响。
In view of the important influence of radial multipole magnetic field on the manufacture of sintered permanent ferrite multipole magnetic ring,principle and production method of two kinds of radial multipole orientation magnetic fields were presented.On the basis of practice and experiment,the main problems and application rules of orientation magnetic fields were expounded.For electric excitation orientation magnetic field,the selection of pulse current number,application of inverted magnetic field,coil and pole width were mainly analyzed.For permanent magnet orientation magnetic field,the influences of magnetic center deviation and magnet structure size on orientation magnetic field were mainly analyzed.
