摘要
为了减少传统模型预测转矩控制(MPTC)计算复杂、权重因子选择对最优矢量的选取影响较大等问题,研究了一种改进的控制方法。该方法利用转矩与磁链对双转子永磁电机的参考电压矢量进行了预测,并通过对参考电压矢量所在扇区的判断将备选矢量由传统的7个减至2个,减少了计算量;同时,构建了无权重因子的电压目标函数,进一步提高了系统的运算能力。仿真与实验表明,采用改进的MPTC控制时,双转子永磁电机系统转速波动会有所减少,验证了控制方法的有效性与可行性。
An improved control method was studied in order to reduce the computational complexity and eliminate the influence of weighting factor for the optimal voltage vector in the traditional model predictive torque control(MPTC).The method used the torque and flux linkage to predict the reference voltage vector,and the sector where the reference voltage vector was located can be used to select the candidate vector,which can reduce the number of predictions from seven to two.At the same time,the voltage objective function without weighting factor was constructed,which further improved the computing performance.Simulation and experiments showed that the speed fluctuation of the motor system was reduced when the improved MPTC control was used,which verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the control method.
