校企合作继续教育的意义、困境及策略

Significance, Difficulties and Strategies in Continuing Education of School-enterprise Cooperation

校企合作继续教育既是高校拓展的新职能,也是企业发展前景的推手。由于目前校企合作继续教育存在制度的缺失,使合作受到限制;定位不准,造成供需相离;认识差异,使参与意识淡薄等阻力。为解决上述问题,寻找校企合作继续教育的途径,政府必须促成完善校企合作体制与机制,学校需要构建专业化发展的道路,企业应该创新培养制度。

The continuing education based on school-enterprise cooperation is the new function for universities to expand,and also the promoter for the prospect of the enterprise.However,current school-enterprise cooperation education system is absent,so the cooperation has been limited.The inaccurate orientation resulted in the gap between supply and demand.The difference in understanding led to the weak sense of participation.To solve these problems and to find ways for school-enterprise cooperation,the government must contribute to improve the school-enterprise cooperation system and mechanism,the university need to build the road for professional development,and the enterprise should innovate education systems.
