发达地区乡村教师精准培训路径——以宁波市为例 被引量:1

摘要 完善的乡村教师专业发展培训制度作为提升乡村教师专业可持续发展的重要途径,有着不可替代的价值。目前,乡村教师培训方面仍存在“城市化”“粗放化”“低效化”的倾向,这些问题直接影响着乡村教师参训的热情和培训的质量。有鉴于此,文章结合宁波市乡村教师支持计划的具体实施意见和做法,基于乡村教育和乡村教师特点提出“直线前行式”“弯道超越式”“专家提携跨越式”“授之以渔式”“借力驻点式”等五条培训路径,最终实现对乡村教师“精准培训”的目标。 As an important way to promote the sustainable development of rural teachers’profession,the perfect training system of rural teachers’professional development has irreplaceable value.Due to the tendency of“urbanization”,“extension”and“inefficiency”in the training of rural teachers,these problems directly affect the enthusiasm of teachers in participating the training and the quality of the training.In view of this,this paper combines the specific implementation opinions and practices of Ningbo’s“Rural Teachers”Support Plan,explores the“Precision Training”based on rural education and rural teachers,and puts forward five paths,namely“straight-line mode”,“overtaking-on-a-bend mode”,“leap-aided-by-experts mode”,“fishing-teaching mode”and“borrowing-strength-from-stationed-guiders mode”to achieve the goal of“Precision Training”for rural teachers.
