深化地方应用型高校实践课程“双创”教育的路径 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,随着高校毕业生的增多,就业难、择业难问题日益突出,而政府、高校、社会各界都更加重视高校毕业生的就业问题。为此,政府提出“双创”发展模式,期望缓解高校毕业生就业难问题。地方应用型高校作为我国人才输出的重要基地,担负着创新创业人才培养的重担。这些高校在落实创新创业教育时,存在创业教育和专业课程教育脱轨、师资水平不高、“双创”教育流于形式等诸多问题。对此,地方应用型高校应当充分把握“双创”教育的本质,整合各类教育教学资源,打造高水平“双创”师资队伍,深化实践课程“双创”教育改革的模式与机制。文章着重探讨深化地方应用型高校实践课程“双创”教育的路径研究,助力高校打造“双创”升级版提供实践指导。 In recent years,with the increase of college graduates,employment difficulties are more and more prominent,and the government,universities,and all social sectors are paying more attention to the employment of college students.Against this background,the government proposed the“innovation and entrepreneurship”development model,hoping to alleviate the employment difficulties of college graduates.As an important base of talent output in China,colleges and universities shoulder the burden of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents.But in the implementation of innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,there are serious problems such as the derailment of entrepreneurship education and the specialized courses,the teachers level that need to improve,the formalistic way of education.The colleges and universities should fully grasp the essence of the education,to integrate various resources,construct high quality teacher training teams,and deepen the practice courses for the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education.This paper mainly discusses the practical path to the education in local application-oriented universities hoping to provide some references for colleges and universities to upgrade the education.
