摘要
为了研究新型装配式钢筋桁架密肋楼盖的静力性能,采用有限元软件ABAQUS模拟的方法,分别建立单向板和双向板足尺模型,研究四边简支和四边固定2种约束情况下楼盖在不同活荷载工况时的受力特点。结果表明:在四边固定约束条件下,无论单向板楼盖还是双向板楼盖,最大挠度都发生在跨中区格板,并且肋梁变形小,对楼盖面层约束效果明显,挠度以区格局部变形为主;在四边简支约束条件下,肋梁有较大变形,楼盖中心区格的挠度整体偏大;在各类活荷载工况下,楼盖变形均小于规范规定的正常使用限值,跨中钢筋应变呈线弹性增大,但是均未达到屈服,说明该类楼盖具有较高的承载能力和安全储备。
To study the static performance of a new type of assembled steel-truss ribbed floor system,full-scale models of one-way slab and two-way slab were established by using the finite element software ABAQUS.The structural behavior of models with simply supported and fixing-end constrains under different live load conditions was investigated.The results show that under the constraint condition of four-edge fixing,the maximum deflections for both one-way floor and two-way floor occur in the mid-span of slab panel,and the deflection of rib is relatively small.A significant effect on top concrete layer is indicated,and the floor deflection has the characteristics of local deformation.Under the condition of four-side simply support constraint,the ribs have larger vertical deformation,and the maximum deflection appears in the central panel.Under all live load cases,the floor deflections do not exceed the limited value required by the code.The strains of steel bar in the mid-span have a linearly develop,but the rebar does not reach its yield strength even in the ultimate state,which verifies that the floor system has high strength and reliable safety.
