摘要
基础教育集团化办学借助优质教育资源引领、推动成员学校可持续发展,为区域教育优质均衡做出了积极贡献。同时,教育现代化背景下,集团化办学也正遭遇深层挑战。为提炼经验、消弥困境,援引集团行动理论,分析集团化办学的内涵实质和学理依据,并在此基础上提出集团化办学的实践逻辑。在龙头学校优质教育资源辐射下,成员学校主要通过“引领型路径”和“再生型路径”成长,前者体现优质教育资源的强辐射,后者体现优质教育资源的弱辐射。该逻辑或许能为新时代基础教育集团化办学的更广更深推进提供参考。
Collectivized school-running of basic education leads and promotes the sustainable development of member schools with the help of high-quality educational resources,making apositive contribution to the balanced high-quality of education.However,under the background of educational modernization,collectivized school-running is facing great challenges.In order to eliminate difficulties and make more progress,this article tries to take the group action theory to analyze the connotation,essence and theoretical basis of collectivized school-running,based on which putting forward the practical logic of collectivized school-running.The logic holds that under the radiation of high-quality educational resources in leading schools,member schools grow mainly through "leading path " and"regenerative path".The former is the strong radiation of high-quality educational resources,and the latter is the weak radiation of high-quality educational resources.This logic may provide an idea for the in-depth promotion of the collectivized schoolrunning of basic education in the new era.
