基于不同生态气候的玉米单倍体自然加倍效果初探 被引量:2

摘要 为筛选有利于玉米单倍体自然加倍的地点和遗传基础材料,试验以先玉1503等5份东北地区生产应用较多的玉米杂交种为母本,以自选高频玉米单倍体诱导系吉科诱115为父本进行杂交诱导产生的玉米单倍体为供试材料,设置九站春播、九站夏播和南滨冬播3种自然加倍地点,探讨不同地点的玉米单倍体自然加倍效果。结果表明:不同遗传基础材料间、不同地点间,玉米单倍体自然加倍效果差异显著,其中,南滨冬播效果最好,九站夏播次之,九站春播不适合单倍体自然加倍;遗传基础材料中,基于中垦玉206、先玉1503、迪卡159产生的单倍体自然加倍率位于前3位。 In order to explore the different places and genetic basis suitable for natural doubling effect of haploid maize, five maize hybrids in Northeast China, such as Xianyu 1503, were used as female parents, with high frequency of haploid inducer Jikeyou115 as the male parent to induce haploid as the test materials in this study. We also set up Jiuzhan in Jilin city as the natural doubling place for spring and summer sowing, as well as Nanbin in Sanga city for winter sowing, to explore the different places of the maize haploid doubling effect. The results indicated that the natural doubling rate of different genetic basis materials and the different places had significant differences, the natural doubling rate is the highest in winter of Nanbin, better in summer of Jiuzhan and the lowest in spring of Jiuzhan for haploid natural doubling. Among the tested genetic basis, the haploid natural doubling rate based on Zhongkenyu 206, Xianyu 1503 and Dika 159 was in the top 3.
