In the new era, society’s demand for translation works has increased dramatically.At the same time, new requirements have been raised for the training of translation talents between English and Chinese."Bilingual plus skills" compound talents have become the characteristics of talent needs in the new era. The new requirements have also promoted the innovation of the training methods of colleges and universities, including cultivating teachers’ teaching ability, innovative teaching methods, increasing students’ practical opportunities, and setting language testing goals, so as to improve the quality of translation talents.
