关于应用型本科院校产教融合人才培养模式的思考

随着我国社会经济发展及产业结构的转型升级,社会对应用型人才的需求越来越多。立足于"从做中学理论"视角,在人才培养过程中实现产教融合,提升人才培养质量,成为应用型高等教育改革发展的趋势。但目前来看,应用型院校在产教融合人才培养过程中面临着诸多困境,包括教学理念亟需转变,培养模式亟待优化;师资队伍有待完善,评估体系不够健全;保障体系亟待健全,社会参与程度不足等制约着应用型人才的培养。因此,基于"从做中学理论"视角,为提高应用型本科院校产教融合人才培养质量,还需树立合理教学理念,完善人才培养体系;推进师资队伍建设,持续改进评估体系;完善政府保障体系,提高企业参与程度。
