关于应用型本科院校产教融合人才培养模式的思考 被引量:6

摘要 随着我国社会经济发展及产业结构的转型升级,社会对应用型人才的需求越来越多。立足于"从做中学理论"视角,在人才培养过程中实现产教融合,提升人才培养质量,成为应用型高等教育改革发展的趋势。但目前来看,应用型院校在产教融合人才培养过程中面临着诸多困境,包括教学理念亟需转变,培养模式亟待优化;师资队伍有待完善,评估体系不够健全;保障体系亟待健全,社会参与程度不足等制约着应用型人才的培养。因此,基于"从做中学理论"视角,为提高应用型本科院校产教融合人才培养质量,还需树立合理教学理念,完善人才培养体系;推进师资队伍建设,持续改进评估体系;完善政府保障体系,提高企业参与程度。 With the development of social economy and the upgrading of industrial structure, the society needs more and more applied talents. Based on the theory of "learning by doing", it is an important trend in the reform and development of applied higher education to realize the integration of production and teaching and to improve the quality of personnel training. But at present, the application-oriented colleges and universities are facing many difficulties in the process of integrating production with teaching, including the urgent need to change the teaching concept, the urgent need to optimize the training mode, the need to improve the teaching staff and the unsound evaluation system.The security system needs to be improved urgently, and the lack of social participation restricts the cultivation of applied talents. Therefore, based on the theory of "learning by doing", in order to improve the quality of talents training, it is necessary to set up a reasonable teaching concept and perfect the talent training system Improve the government security system and increase the participation of enterprises.
