摘要
以南京审计大学为例,探讨在书院制特色办学模式下,新生适应性存在的问题,并引入朋辈教育,更好地帮助新生尽快适应大学生活,增强大学生自我教育的主动性,在教育中实现学生成长的双赢,促进学生的健康成长与全面发展。
Taking Nanjing Audit University as a case study,this paper explores the problems existing in freshmen’s adaptability under residential college system as its school-running mode characteristics,it proposes peer education to better help freshmen adapt to university life as soon as possible,enhance their initiative in self-education,achieve students’win-win growth in education and promote their healthy growth,and all-round development.
