高师院校大学生就业趋势分析——以长春师范大学为例

Research on Normal University Students’ Employment Trends:A Case Study of Changchun Normal University

文章以长春师范大学近年来的毕业生就业数据为研究对象,通过对毕业生就业流向分析,找出毕业生就业路径变化的趋势,总结高师院校大学生适应新形势下就业的对策,从而转变大学生就业观念,达到提升高师院校就业率及就业质量的目的。

Based on the data of graduates’employment in Changchun Normal University in recent years,after analyzing the flow of graduates’employment,the paper finds that the trend of graduates’employment path change,summarizes the countermeasures of university students’employment to adapt to the new situation to achieve the purpose of improving university students’employment rate and quality in terms of change of their employment notions.
