补肾祛瘀方对薄型子宫内膜发育及妊娠率的影响

Effect of Bushen Quyu Recipe on Development of Thin Endometrium and Pregnancy Rate

目的观察补肾祛瘀方对薄型子宫内膜发育及妊娠率的影响。方法选取2017年12月-2018年11月该院86例薄型子宫内膜患者,按照治疗方法分组,各43例。对照组予以戊酸雌二醇治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以补肾祛瘀方治疗。对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜容积、子宫内膜螺旋动脉收缩期阻力指数(RI)、峰值血流速度(PSV)、治疗后1年妊娠率。结果观察组治疗总有效率90.70%(39/43)高于对照组74.42%(32/43)(χ~2=3.957,P=0.047);治疗后观察组子宫内膜厚度为(9.16±2.77)mm,高于对照组的(7.48±2.30)mm,子宫内膜容积为(5.67±2.51)mL,高于对照组(4.05±1.87)mL(t=3.060、3.394,P=0.003、0.001);治疗后观察组子宫内膜螺旋动脉RI低于对照组,PSV高于对照组(t=7.169,6.363,P<0.001);观察组妊娠率64.29%(27/42)高于对照组41.26%(17/41)(χ~2=4.654,P=0.031)。结论补肾祛瘀方治疗薄型子宫内膜,可提高治疗效果,增加子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜容积,调节子宫内膜螺旋动脉血流,增加妊娠率。

Objective To observe the effect of Bushen Quyu Recipe on the development of thin endometrium and pregnancy rate.Methods From December 2017 to November 2018,86 patients with thin endometrium in the hospital were selected and grouped according to treatment methods,43 cases each.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Quyu Recipe based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,endometrial thickness,endometrial volume,endometrial spiral artery systolic resistance index(RI),peak blood flow velocity(PSV),and 1-year pregnancy rate after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.70%(39/43)higher than the control group 74.42%(32/43)(χ^2=3.957,P=0.047).The endometrial thickness of the observation group was(9.16±2.77)mm after treatment,higher than the control group(7.48±2.30)mm,endometrial volume was(5.67±2.51)m L,higher than the control group(4.05±1.87)m L(t=3.060,3.394,P=0.003,0.001);After treatment,the endometrial spiral artery RI in the observation group was lower than in the control group,and PSV was higher than the control group(t=7.169,6.363,P<0.001);the pregnancy rate in the observation group was 64.29%(27/42)was higher than the control group by 41.26%(17/41)(χ^2=4.654,P=0.031).Conclusion Bushen Quyu Decoction can improve the treatment effect of thin endometrium,increase endometrial thickness,endometrial volume,regulate endometrial spiral arterial blood flow and increase pregnancy rate.
