CP口腔抑菌液与氢氧化钙抑菌糊剂治疗慢性牙髓炎的疗效对比分析

Comparative Analysis of the Efficacy of CP Oral Antibacterial Solution and Calcium Hydroxide Antibacterial Paste in the Treatment of Chronic Pulpitis

目的观察CP口腔抑菌液与氢氧化钙抑菌糊剂两种不同填充物根管治疗慢性牙髓炎的临床效果。方法选取2018年8月-2019年7月灌云县人民医院口腔科门诊诊治的116例慢性牙髓炎患者作为研究对象,按就诊日期先后顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,每组58例。对照组给予CP口腔抑菌液填充物根管治疗,观察组给予氢氧化钙抑菌糊剂填充物根管治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后疼痛程度、治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前对照组和观察组的VAS评分分别为(8.26±1.193)分、(8.59±1.229)分,治疗后对照组和观察组的VAS评分分别为(4.10±0.765)分、(2.55±0.921)分,均较治疗前明显降低,观察组降低更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组显效17例,有效30例,无效11例,总有效率为81.03%(47/58);观察组显效26例,有效29例,无效3例,总有效率为94.83%(36/38),高于对照组(χ^2=5.199,P=0.023<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为3.45%(2/58),明显低于对照组的13.79%(8/58)(χ^2=3.940,P=0.047<0.05)。结论以氢氧化钙抑菌糊剂作为填充物根管治疗慢性牙髓炎能有效减轻患者疼痛,不良反应少,疗效高,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of two different fillings of CP oral bacteriostatic liquid and calcium hydroxide bacteriostatic paste on chronic pulpitis.Methods A total of 116 patients with chronic pulpitis treated in the outpatient department of the Department of Stomatology of Guanyun County People’s Hospital from August 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of the visit date,58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with CP oral bacteriostatic liquid filling root canal,the observation group was given calcium hydroxide bacteriostatic paste filling root canal treatment,and the pain degree,treatment effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results The VAS scores of the control group and the observation group before treatment were(8.26±1.193)points and(8.59±1.229)points,and the VAS scores of the control group and observation group after treatment were(4.10±0.765)points and(2.55±0.921)points were significantly lower than before treatment,and the reduction in the observation group was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,17 cases were markedly effective,30 cases were effective,11 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 81.03%(47/58).The observation group was 26 cases,29 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 94.83%(36/38),higher than the control group(χ^2=5.199,P=0.023<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was3.45%(2/58),which was significantly lower than 13.79%(8/58)in the control group(χ^2=3.940,P=0.047<0.05).Conclusion Calcium hydroxide bacteriostatic paste can be used as a filler in the treatment of chronic pulpitis,which can effectively reduce the pain of patients,has fewer adverse reactions,and has high curative effect.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
