中医情志护理联合优质护理在糜烂性胃炎患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Emotional Nursing Combined with Quality Nursing in Patients with Erosive Gastritis

目的探究中医情志护理联合优质护理在糜烂性胃炎患者中的应用效果。方法抽取观察对象100例,均为糜烂性胃炎患者,研究开始时间2016年7月-2018年12月。使用抽签法对患者进行分组,50例纳入观察组,采取中医情志护理联合优质护理;另外50例纳入对照组,采取常规护理。观察对比两组患者护理前后疼痛情况、生活质量。结果与对照组疼痛评分(2.9±0.4)分相比,观察组护理后疼痛度(2.2±0.3)分明显更低(P<0.05)。生活质量量表中的生理机能、生理职能、社会功能、情感功能、情感职能、精神健康评分(57.14±10.23)分,(65.18±9.52)分,(75.15±14.35)分,(55.31±8.54)分,(55.69±10.51)分,(75.15±10.24)分,各指标比较后均得到,差异有统计学意义(t=15.542、16.48、12.443、11.652、11.054、13.057,P<0.05)。结论对糜烂性胃炎患者采取中医情志护理联合优质护理,可快速缓解患者的病痛困扰,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with quality nursing in patients with erosive gastritis.Methods 100 cases of observation objects were taken,all of which were erosive gastritis.The study started from July 2016 to December 2018.The patients were divided into two groups by the method of drawing lots,50 cases were included in the observation group,and the Chinese medicine emotional care combined with high-quality nursing was adopted;the other 50 cases were included in the control group,and routine nursing was taken.The pain and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group’s pain score of(2.9±0.4)points,the observed group had a significantly lower postoperative pain of(2.2±0.3)points(P<0.05).The physiology,physiological function,social function,emotional function,emotional function,and mental health score of the quality of life scale were(57.14±10.23)points,(65.18±9.52)points,(75.15±14.35)points,(55.31±8.54)points,(55.69±10.51)ponits,(75.15±10.24)points,all indicators were obtained after comparison,the difference was significant(t=15.542,16.48,12.443,11.652,11.054,13.057,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of TCM emotional care and quality nursing for patients with erosive gastritis can quickly alleviate the patient’s affliction and is worth promoting.
