生大黄穴位贴敷配合掀针对中风患者便秘疗效的影响

Effect of Rhubarb Acupoint Sticking Combined with Sputum on the Efficacy of Constipation in Stroke Patients

目的探讨神阙穴外敷生大黄配合掀针对中风患者便秘严重程度及生存质量的影响。方法选取2018年4月-2019年3月在该院进行诊治的56例中风患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用常规护理,治疗组在对照组基础上给予神阙穴外敷生大黄配合掀针治疗。患者入院24 h内和治疗2周后采用便秘严重程度评估量表(CSI)评分和便秘患者生存质量量表(PAC-QOL)评估患者便秘严重程度及生存质量的改善情况。结果治疗组便秘严重程度评估量表(CSI)评分为(24.46±4.33)分,便秘患者生存质量量表(PAC-QOL)评分为(53±4.26)分,均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-6.100、-6.340,P=0.000、0.000)。结论神阙穴外敷生大黄配合掀针治疗2周后能够减轻患者便秘严重程度,改善患者的生存质量,临床护理效果明显优于常规护理,值得在临床中广泛开展。

Objective To investigate the effect of external application of rhubarb combined with sputum on the severity of constipation and quality of life in patients with stroke.Methods A total of 56 stroke patients who were treated in thehospital from April 2018 to March 2019 were randomLy divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with routine nursing.The treatment group was treated with rhubarb acupoint sticking combined with sputum acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Patients were assessed within 24 hours of admission and 2 weeks after treatment with the Constipation Severity Assessment Scale(CSI)score and the Constipation Quality of Life Scale(PAC-QOL)to assess the severity of constipation and quality of life.Results In the treatment group,the Constipation Severity Assessment Scale(CSI)score was(24.46±4.33)points,and the Constipation Quality of Life Scale(PAC-QOL)score was(53±4.26)points significantly lower than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(t=-6.100,-6.340,P=0.000,0.000).Conclusion The external application of rhubarb combined with sputum acupuncture at Shenque acupoint can reduce the severity of constipation and improve the quality of life of patients.The clinical nursing effect is obviously superior to conventional nursing,which is worthy of extensive development in clinical practice.
