针对性护理干预在流行性腮腺炎中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Targeted Nursing Intervention in Mumps

目的对在流行性腮腺炎的临床护理中应用针对性护理干预的效果进行分析和探究。方法选择该院收治的患有流行性腮腺炎的患者120例作为该次研究的纳入对象,选取时间段为2018年3月-2019年2月,按照随机数字表法将其划分为针对护理组和常规护理组,每组60例。采用常规护理的方式对常规护理组患者予以护理,在常规护理的基础上,采用针对性护理干预的方式对针对护理组予以护理。在护理工作完成后,分析和比较两组患者的护理效果。结果常规护理组的腮腺肿痛缓解时间为(7.1±1.4)d,发热缓解时间为(5.9±1.5)d,针对护理组的腮腺肿痛缓解时间为(4.3±2.1)d,发热缓解时间为(3.2±1.8)d。针对护理组的腮腺肿痛缓解时间和发热缓解时间等均明显低于常规护理组,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.573、3.855,P<0.05)。常规护理组中有23例非常满意,25例比较满意,12例不满意,总满意度达到了80.0%,针对护理组中有34例非常满意,24例比较满意,2例不满意,总满意度达到了96.7%。针对护理组的护理满意度均明显高于常规护理组,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.736,P<0.05)。结论针对流行性腮腺炎患者予以针对性护理具有很好的效果,能够有效地缓解患者的临床症状,而且患者及家属的护理满意度更高。

Objective To analyze and explore the effect of targeted nursing intervention in the clinical nursing of mumps.Methods A total of 120 patients with mumps treated in the hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.The time period was from March 2018 to February 2019,and they were divided into targeted nursing group and the conventional care group according to the random number table method,there were 60 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional nursing group were treated with conventional nursing methods.Based on conventional nursing,targeted nursing interventions were used for the nursing group.After the nursing work was completed,the nursing effects of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared.Results The remission time of parotid swelling and pain in the conventional nursing group was(7.1±1.4)d,and fever relief time was(5.9±1.5)d and the time of remission of parotid swelling and pain in the targeted care group was(4.3±2.1)d,and fever relief time was(3.2±1.8)d.The parotid swelling and pain relief time and fever relief time in the targeted nursing group were significantly lower than those in the conventional nursing group.The difference between the two groups of patients is statistically significant(t=3.573,3.855,P<0.05).In the conventional nursing group,23 patients were very satisfied,25 patients were satisfied,12 patients were dissatisfied,and the total satisfaction reached 80.0%.For the targeted nursing group,34 patients were very satisfied,24 patients were satisfied,2 patients were not satisfied,and the satisfaction degree reached 96.7%.The nursing satisfaction of the nursing group was significantly higher than that of the conventional nursing group.The difference between the two groups of patients is statistically significant(χ^2=8.736,P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted care for patients with mumps has a good effect,it can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,and the satisfaction of patients and their families is higher.
