护理干预结合中药穴位敷贴治疗慢性咳喘病40例疗效探讨

Effect of Nursing Intervention Combined with Chinese Herbal Acupoint Application on 40 Cases of Chronic Asthma

目的研究护理干预结合中药穴位敷贴对慢性咳喘病的治疗效果。方法把该院于2018年1-11月收治的40例慢性咳喘病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各20例。其中,对照组采用的是穴位敷贴治疗慢性咳喘患者,观察组选择使用穴位敷贴,结合临床护理干预的治疗手段治疗慢性咳喘患者,比对观察组与对照组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组的20例慢性咳喘患者的总有效率为95%,明显优于对照组20例慢性咳喘患者85%的治疗效果,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.030,P=0.029)。结论护理干预结合穴位敷贴治疗慢性咳喘患者具有良好治疗效果,在临床治疗中具有积极的现实推广价值。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of nursing intervention combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on chronic asthma.Methods Forty patients with chronic asthma from January to November2018 in the hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.Among them,the control group used acupoint application to treat patients with chronic cough and asthma,the observation group chose to use acupoint application,combined with clinical nursing intervention to treat chronic cough and asthma patients,and compared the clinical treatment effect of observation group with control group.Results The total effective rate of 20 patients with chronic asthma in the observation group was 95%,which was significantly better than that of the control group with 85%of patients with chronic asthma.The difference was statistically significant(Z=2.030,P=0.029).Conclusion Nursing intervention combined with acupoint application has a good therapeutic effect on patients with chronic cough and asthma,and it has positive practical promotion value in clinical treatment.
